JEFF RICHTER, P.E., P.P.
DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
Mr. Richter has over 30 years of Civil Engineering experience, which includes the preparation of proposals, scheduling, engineering oversight and management of various municipal, county and state land development projects.  His project sizes have ranged from small residential and commercial projects to large residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions and site plans.  His projects have also included civil engineering design and preparation of specifications for municipal roadway and bike paths, lake dredging projects, various county park improvement projects and DPMC projects.

 

Jeff has a specialized expertise in sub-surface conditions and has developed numerous solutions and alternatives for varying soil conditions impacting structural elements and associated retaining devices.  His recent efforts in this regard include identifying the structural requirements for the retaining wall at Crystal Lake Park in Mansfield Township and for the pedestrian bridge foundations at the Kinkora Trail in Mansfield Township.

 

In addition, his expertise includes the Preparation of Site Plan and Subdivision Plans for approvals; Stormwater Management Design in accordance with current codes; Grading Design; Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Design; Roadway Design; Preparation of Bid and Technical Specifications; Sanitary Pump Station and Onsite Septic System Design; and Project and Department Oversight and Management.

 

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends.  He enjoys playing golf, riding his motorcycle and boating.
