DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

As Vice President and Director of Environmental Services, Eric Rosina utilizes his 20 plus years of experience in environmental consulting in the management of environmental due diligence  requirements, personnel and resources, site planning and state permitting.

 

Eric’s diversified background includes hazardous material remediation, wetland delineation and land use permitting. His experience working on contaminated properties and his understanding of sensitive environments, land use issues and applicable regulations has assisted in the successful completion of multiple projects within budget and schedule constraints.  With his experience in the management and coordination of both site remediation and permitting projects, Eric has been instrumental in fostering trusting relationships between regulatory agencies, responsible parties and impacted third-parties.  He has led remediation efforts which involved private water supply impact,  and has also coordinated project permitting of numerous projects within Flood Hazard Areas and Wetland Areas across the state of New Jersey.

 

Eric’s experience also includes Public Outreach coordination with project owners and the general public to advance mutual project goals.

 

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences – Hydrology from the Pennsylvania State University.

 

Away from work, Eric enjoys spending time with family and working on his classic convertible.
