Bureau of Tidelands Instruments
The State of New Jersey claims ownership of lands that are currently or formerly flowed by the tide. All tidelands are overseen by the Tidelands Resource Council, a board of twelve Governor-appointed volunteers, along with DEP staff at the Bureau of Tidelands Management.
We have extensive experience in evaluating historic Tidelands Grants and work closely with the Bureau of Tidelands to prepare, submit and secure Tidelands Instruments in areas that were or are currently flowed by the tide.
