Dredge Design and Management
Our dredge design and management efforts play many roles in the health of our community. Dredging is primarily done to remove sediments and debris from the bottom of lakes, rivers, harbors, and other bodies of water. It is a routine necessity in waterways because sedimentation gradually fills channels and harbors – restricting navigation and ultimately adversely impacting the vital ecotourism industry of New Jersey.
