Permitting & Regulatory Compliance
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Pinelands Commission are tasked with protecting human health and the unique environment of the Mid-Atlantic region. We work closely with all of these agencies and local Environmental Commission and Conservation Agencies to design a compliant project, obtain the applicable permits and construct projects that meet our client’s needs and are environmentally sound.
