Rob Korkuch, P.E., P.P.

Vice President

As Vice President and Principal Engineer, Robert Korkuch applies over 35 years of comprehensive site engineering experience to his leadership and management at ACT Engineers.  Rob’s experience, which includes more than 30 years of municipal engineering and planning, spans a wide range of civil engineering, land use, public utility, and construction projects.

Rob is responsible for the execution of site/civil engineering, land planning, and construction inspection projects. He has overseen numerous improvement projects for roads, sewers, parks, and real estate for both public and private clients.

Rob has represented land use projects before boards and agencies, both as a professional engineer and a professional planner, and has testified extensively before public agencies for engineering and planning on behalf of commercial, institutional, retail, non-profit and governmental clients. His extensive experience includes land use site planning and engineering; management analysis and design; wastewater collection system planning, analysis, and design; construction and facility services specifications; and preparation of construction documents and cost estimates. Rob has served as Township Engineer, Planning Board Engineer, and Zoning Board Engineer for several New Jersey municipalities.

A Professional Engineer registered in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and California, Rob is also a Licensed Professional Planner and Certified Municipal Engineer in New Jersey.  He holds a Master’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College.

For Rob, managing ACT’s work for religious and non-profit organizations is of particular enjoyment, as funding is usually limited, and trust must be quickly earned from interesting and dedicated volunteers who are unfamiliar with land use, facility development, and construction.
