Environmental Compliance & Permitting

Our team works closely with all regulatory agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Pinelands Commission, and local Land Use and Environmental Commission Boards, to secure proper permits needed to complete projects. Permit applications are prepared and submitted, and approvals obtained for projects ranging from single-family homes, dock and bulkheads; individual and regional dredging applications; to complex Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA) applications for large scale residential, industrial and commercial projects.
