Selena D. Stewart is the Senior Director, Business Operations & Strategy at ACT Engineers, Inc., where she serves on the Strategic Management Team and partners closely with the President and leadership team to strengthen how the business operates across people, processes, and performance. She oversees Human Resources, Marketing, Facilities and Office Operations, and Information Technology, and leads initiatives that align systems and workflows to support growth, efficiency, and consistent project execution.
With over 30 years of experience, Selena brings expertise in human resources leadership, marketing strategy, and organizational development. She blends business strategy with people-focused leadership to advance organizational goals, support growth, and foster a positive, accountable workplace culture.
Outside of ACT, Selena leads the James O. & Wilhelmina Bryant Food Pantry in Piscataway, NJ, serves as a Board Officer of the North Stelton Economic Development Corporation, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey. She has also volunteered at adult and youth shelters in Trenton and Lawrence, NJ.
Selena earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and holds certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Global Talent Management Leader, and Professional Recruiter. She enjoys family life with her husband, daughter, and their pup, and is active in her church.
